I worked with and around animals professionally for 6+ years. I was a kennel technician in animal shelters for 2 years, followed by 4 years as a veterinary receptionist. And I picked up some pet sitting clients along the way! I know what to do in emergency situations, and can even reach out to my veterinarian/technician friends if necessary. I'm experienced caring for all types of critters in all walks of life (although I do have a soft spot for senior babies ❤️). I personally have a Husky mix, 2 cats, and a ball python. Throughout my life I've also had rabbits, rats, a hedgehog, guinea pigs, a ferret, a cockatoo, turtles, fish, and lizards! I'm comfortable and experienced giving medications (oral, topical, injectable, etc.), nail trims, and baths. I'm no trainer, but I do have experience clicker/positive reinforcement training, so I'd love to put those skills to good use!

We're very happy with Brianna staying with our dog Dexter while we were away. She sent pictures daily and made sure all his meds were given. We would definitely be happy to give her a call again in the future!
She was fantastic! We introduced her to our cats on a day before. I’ve explain that basic operations in the household and I only had to explain the food which was laid out for her to use. She did great with our kitties and they loved her presence as well. I’m glad she was able to remember and was able to do everything as we asked her to. Would definitely recommend her next time!

Schedule
I currently work for Caroline County Public Schools in Denton Monday-Friday 7:00-3:00. So I'm free to care for your critters before and after work, as well as on weekends!
