Brianna took such good care of our bell. She was constantly providing updates about her drop in visits and even took our girl for a run with her! I would definitely recommend Brianna and will be using her again in the future!

Brianna was absolutely wonderful with my furbabies!! My dog was instantly her buddy at the meet & greet and my cat was out with her the first night I was gone. The daily note and photos were the perfect update while away. Everyone was very happy upon return and we can’t wait to rebook with her. 🤗 thank you again!

Brianna was a fantastic sitter for our dog. She went above and beyond in every way possible. We were worried we wouldn't be able to find a good sitter for the holidays, but Brianna answered our last minute calls and made the whole holiday experience 100 times easier.

Brianna was really great with our dogs! She spent lots of time with them and even took the time to walk them individually, since they each have different ideas of the purpose of a walk. She was responsive and asked questions when needed. She also was able to handle our rescue’s resource guarding issues and quirkiness. Our house was clean and well cared for when we returned and we would definitely recommend Brianna to others!

I'm very sorry to report that we were not impressed by Brianna's care of our cats, and we would not trust her to come back. For a start, we paid her well to spend 30mins a day with our cats. We don't for a moment expect a sitter to stick to that duration perfectly, but the longest visit she made was 11mins, and the shortest a mere 5mins. Not wanting to believe the Rover app, we pulled the access log from our front door lock, which corroborated these times. We also warned her that one of our cats was initially a little shy around strangers, and separately asked her to feed both cats during her visits. She made no apparent effort to get on with the shy cat, or indeed feed him. He seemingly could have starved for all she seemed to care. Finally, we came home to find the litterbox overflowing. It did not appear to have been cleaned for at least a day, possibly not for her entire tenure. We have a robotic litterbox, too, but had specifically asked her to keep the regular one clean whilst we transition the cats over. All in all, we feel that Brianna disregarded the welfare of our pets, and did the absolute minimum required to take our money and run.

Brianna took great care of our two dogs over the holidays. There were no issues and she provided pictures and updates regularly. Thank you!
