Pet care experience

Hope to watch your baby for you! <3

I’ve worked in the pet industry for a year and some months now, I’ve worked in daycare settings, boarding settings and even grooming. I am certified in first aid, CPR, and have been shown how to properly administer medication. I have had pets my entire childhood! I have six pets that have different needs, from chihuahua to 2 Malinois, and three cats. I am not scared of being around high energy breeds but I also enjoy time with dogs who love to cuddle and enjoy their day more contently. My entire life I’ve been around animals and have had the pleasure of dogsitting for seven years. I’ve babysat dogs in my neighborhood and outside of it. I’ve had the fortune to babysit animals til their fur turned white and had the pleasure to kiss them til I couldn’t anymore. That being said; I am able to commute to you, I do not mind the drive, or I am more than happy to board in my own home where they will have their own space. I understand the anxiety of leaving your pet somewhere, or with someone, I do my best to communicate every day with you and that includes photos and videos. I have been in that very same boat. I assure I will do my absolute best to meet every need for your pet as if they were my own.

We all know how horrifying it is to have to place our trust in someone else to care for our four-legged friends, which are often as valued as our two-legged family to many of us. Brianna is one of the only other humans on the planet that I have trusted with my animals since relocating here years ago. My last dog recently crossed the rainbow, but I am forever grateful for being able to completely rely on another person to take care of my dogs for the past 6 years. She has taken care of them in my house and her own. Having elderly or quirky dogs can be especially challenging and she was always wonderful with them.

I have two highly reactive terriers. Boarding away from home overwhelmed them and they overwhelmed every dog sitter we had tried. Brianna was recommended to me by a neighbor. Brianna has a calm demeanor matched with a broad experience and excelkent skills with dogs of all types. She is able to make a connection with the dogs she cares for. We have used Briana to care for our dogs on several occasions and she also grooms them. I have no reservations recommending Briana.

She is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and thoughtful, and she pays attention to every little detail when caring for my girl. She always keeps me updated, which gives me complete peace of mind. I truly don’t trust anyone else more to care for my working dog. She looks after her as if she were one of her own, giving him so much love, patience, and attention. I couldn’t recommend her more! She is also extremely knowledgeable about canine health, nutrition, diets, and medications. On top of that, she is certified in K9 CPR and first aid, which gives me even more confidence knowing my dog is in such capable hands. Bri thank you for always caring about the dogs you take care of as if it was one of your own, I couldn’t thank you for how sweet you are to all the babies you look after🦮❤️

Brianna has been watching our dog Maggie for a couple of years now and is outstanding. She provides amazing care and attention to our dog and keeps in great communication when our dog is in her care. Maggie stays with Brianna when we are gone which is our preference and puts us at ease knowing Maggie is not at home with only periodic visits from a sitter to tend to her needs. Brianna goes above and beyond to assist us with other tasks that are asked of her related to our home. Mainly things I forgot to do prior to leaving, Brianna is always there to help. We highly highly recommend Brianna to care for your pet.

I currently have free time until I go back to work, so, my availability is open almost all week! That being said, my weekly routine is able to be flexible and work around whatever works best for you and your dog! All I ask is for communication to always be transparent and direct so I can suit the needs of you and your baby.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a 3 bedroom home and the third room is turned into a space for your baby to board safely away from my own fur babies and enjoy the stay as stress free as possible! I ensure that your fur baby has the space, the daily walks morning and night, and time to come out and play as they see fit. Now, if it’s at your own space, then I will continue the routine or schedule you lay out and will ensure that their needs are met!

Pets

A typical day

A typical day starts with my morning routine with all my babies usually breakfast, bathroom, then a walk or we would have a slow morning of breakfast and lounging a bit before we do anything. It also depends on your pup, what do they need, and we’d go based on that. I like to take dogs that stay with me out to a park or a dog park (depends on the pup!) and then typically we come back, relax, and unwind for the day and by night we’d go on another walk and have dinner and rest. Anything outside of that, I’d communicate with you and ask what you’re comfortable with! I like to ask prior to doing anything more with your baby.

I would like to know behavioral quirks to look out for, is your dog anxious typically, what does that look like or are they a bit on the reactive side and to just keep an eye on certain things that may trigger them. Does your baby need medication in the AM or PM? Or both? Things like that are helpful for me! It just lets me know your baby needs more time or needs a little more TLC.
