I’ve been around and cared for animals for most of my life. In high school, I was part of the Veterinary Science Magnet Program at Felix Varela, where I earned my CVA certification and studied veterinary science and animal care. I also spent around three years training dogs through the program. During my senior year, I completed an internship at a veterinary clinic, where I got about two years of hands-on experience working as a vet tech. I fostered throughout high school and for a while after, which gave me experience caring for pets with different personalities, behaviors, and needs. I have experience with pets of all different sizes and ages and I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, basic training, and of course giving them plenty of attention and love. Having pets of my own, I know how important it is to have someone you trust taking care of them.

I always follow each pet’s normal routine and any instructions provided by their owner. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, medications, leash safety, doors and gates, and any behavioral or medical concerns. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, and I make sure they feel safe and comfortable while in my care. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own.

Schedule
I currently work part-time and am also in school, but I have a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time for pet care. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and other care depending on what you and your pet need.
