Briana was great! How do I leave a tip?
Unfortunately, not a great experience. I had to ask for updates and was given this response “I usally do updates and pictures every other day” when I asked for one even though my dog was only there for 3 nights. Super saddened that he was basically emaciated when I picked him up. He has been with other rovers and never been this upset or shy so not sure what happened to make him not want to eat. Otherwise, very accommodating to a last minute request and to drop off and pick up times.

In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel secure in their familiar environment by keeping their routines consistent, providing plenty of companionship, playtime, walks, and affection, while also keeping the home clean and respected. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel connected and reassured while they’re away. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of supervision, attention, exercise, and rest. I carefully introduce pets to the environment to help them feel comfortable and stress-free, and I always prioritize safety, comfort, and positive interactions. No matter the service, I treat every pet like family and make sure they receive patient, loving, and dependable care at all times.

I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy while they’re in my care. Depending on each pet’s personality, age, and energy level, activities can include walks, playtime with toys, fetch, light training and reinforcement of good behaviors, puzzle games, outdoor time, and lots of affection and attention. For high-energy pets, I make sure they get plenty of exercise and stimulation to keep them happy and relaxed. For puppies, I focus on positive interaction, basic routine reinforcement, and safe play. Senior pets usually enjoy gentler walks, calm companionship, and comfortable relaxation time. I also pay attention to what each pet enjoys most — whether that’s playing, cuddling, exploring outside, or simply staying close by — so they feel comfortable, entertained, and cared for while their owners are away.

Important things for me to know ahead of time include feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, allergies, fears or anxieties, favorite activities, sleeping habits, and how they interact with people or other animals. I also like to know about any behavioral quirks, training commands they respond to, emergency contact information, and veterinary details in case of an emergency. Understanding what makes each pet feel comfortable helps me create a safe, stress-free experience and allows me to care for them the same way their owners would.
