This was my first time boarding my Aussie, and I was honestly a bit nervous — but she did an amazing job reassuring me from the start. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I was especially worried because she has three dogs, and my Aussie can get a little overwhelmed. But she handled introductions perfectly — slow, one at a time — and my dog adjusted way better than I expected. Fast forward to pickup time… I think my dog may have forgotten who I am Not only was she completely comfortable, but she had already decided that the husband was her human now (and she normally reserves that level of love for my own husband). At one point, he was petting one of his own dogs, and mine started whining like, “Excuse me?? That’s MY attention.” The jealousy was very real. So overall: ✅ Great communication and reassurance ✅ Thoughtful, safe dog introductions ✅ Happy, well-adjusted pup ❗ Slight risk your dog will try to move in permanently Would absolutely book again — just emotionally preparing myself for the betrayal next time

We traveled from out of state and needed a sitter for our two pups at the last minute. I came across Briana’s profile and it says she will tucker your pups out. She went above and beyond to ensure our pups were happy and tuckered out. I felt very comfortable with leaving our pups while we did some errands. She communicated very well and was very welcoming. When we arrived to pick up our pups she was waiting with our girls outside. I will definitely recommend her to everyone! We will be traveling here often and we hope to use her services in the near future!
