Hi pet parents! My name is Briana, or Bri for short. I was born and raised in California but I have taken a liking to traveling in recent years. During my travels I have always continued my pet care adventures. I believe this has not only helped me grow personally, but professionally. I am currently back in Redding to help out my local families. My profile will always be up to date with my correct location. I am currently available for in home sitting full time - besides my pet walks/dropins of course! There is not a time in my life that I can’t remember being surrounded by animals. I have owned/fostered both big and small dogs, birds, fish, a snake, cats, small critters, you name it! I love ‘em all. I am so grateful to have a job that allows me to help out in this way. Having pets of my own, I truly understand the importance and need for good care while you’re away. Besides the personal experience… I often work with local rescues to “TNR” feral/stray animals. ( Trap, neuter, release ) Alongside this I have rehabilitated many litters of kittens and their mommas. I have also gained experience with simple medical care for cats, dogs, and other animals. Ranging from things like medication to physical therapy. Feel free to ask about anything in specific. To add on to the travel bit, I worked to have the opportunity to volunteer at a pet rescue all the way in Portugal this year! I was doing about 35 hours of volunteering a week in exchange for basic accommodation in the country. This experience was so beautiful and really only fueled my love for this job and animals even more. *** I would be happy to provide references from previous clients if asked for!

You will always get lots of photos and videos with your updates. Update frequency depends on your needs, but a typical house sitting I send about 3 “pupdates” a day, unless something is out of the norm, which is immediately reported.

Briana was the first in-home sitter we have had for our new-to-us dog, Sailor. She met us in advance and Sailor loved her right away, hopping into her nap for a lap. She was prompt on our departure day and very communicative, sending updates with photo and video which put us at ease. She also went above and beyond, taking him on walks, giving him puzzle treats, brushing him, offering to take out the garbage, and leaving our house super clean. We were a little nervous to leave him because we are still getting to know him and he has some behavioral issues with other dogs but thanks to Briana's care, experience and attention to detail, there were no issues. We are so grateful for Briana and her compassionate care and service! 10/10 A+!

Briana is fantastic! Communicative, responsible, and sends lots of photos! She follows directions to a T and asks for clarification when needed. Would absolutely recommend and will be asking her for dog care help in the future.
Briana helped us with our new puppy by doing some drop ins which has helped with his potty training with busy work schedules. She is reliable and our dogs loved her. Will definitely use again.

Schedule
I can provide constant 24/7 care if needed(won’t even leave the home for 1 hr) but that would not fall under my base rate. I work completely from home via laptop and am able to provide a flexible schedule. I will update my schedule and profile with any changes. ❗️Please note that rover takes 25% from sitter earnings for fees that provide insurance on your home and pets. With this being said, my rates shown are basic and can go up for things like distance, special needs care, etc. Please feel free to message for any pricing info :)

- Food, Medicine, Sleep, Exercise, Dos & Don'ts ! ✅ I don’t have any preferences, I’m open to and have experience with special needs, cats, elderly, puppies, exotic pets, etc. I am willing to put in extra effort to learn about any subject I lack experience in. Overall keeping your pets safe, happy, and loved while you’re away is my number one priority. Being an owner of lots of pets myself I understand the stress leaving them behind can cause for both the pet and owner. I will always work to diminish this wether it be comforting the pets with unique quirks or sending a few extra pupdates to you guys!
