Hi! I’m Briana, a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to Duke and Lola. Duke is my sweet, playful adult pup, and Lola is the newest addition to our family—a lovable Labrador puppy! Having a puppy again has given me plenty of recent, hands-on experience with potty breaks, puppy energy, routines, playtime, and lots of patience. 🐾 I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog with someone new, so my goal is to make both you and your pup feel completely comfortable. When your dog stays with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family—with lots of love, attention, walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of updates and photos for you along the way. ❤️ With both an adult dog and a puppy at home, our house is definitely dog-friendly! I’m happy to follow your pup’s normal routine, whether they’re high-energy and ready to play, love long walks, or would rather curl up next to me for a nap. Most importantly, I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your pup is safe, loved, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. My goal is for them to have such a great time that they’re excited to come back!

Briana is doing an amazing job taking care of Hugo! She is very caring, patient, and attentive, and she always keeps me updated on how he’s doing. I really appreciate how comfortable and happy Hugo is with her and her dogs. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is in good hands while I’m at work. I’m very happy with her service and would definitely recommend her! ❤️🐶
Adam had a great time at Briana’s place! He was well taken care of, and Briana was timely with responses and kept me regularly updated on things. I’d be happy to go with her again!
Layla had a great time staying with Briana and Duke! Briana was great and sent updates each day. She also let me know right away when Layla had a small paw injury and took great care of it.
Briana was great! She regularly sent me pictures and updates on Strawberry. Really seemed to car about my pet and her wellbeing. Would use again!
Briana was great and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter for their pet. She was so sweet and took awesome care of our dog while we were away for multiple days. Will be continuing to use her in the future!
Briana was amazing and gave Kacie so much love and attention. She sent pictures of them on walks and relaxing.

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend time with the pups in my care throughout the day. I’m available during the week, on weekends, and on holidays, and I’m happy to work with your dog’s normal schedule. Since I have two dogs of my own, Duke and my Labrador puppy Lola, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention are already part of my everyday routine! 🐾

I want every dog staying with me to feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. ❤️ I have two friendly dogs, Duke and Lola, who love having furry friends around. I’ll follow your pup’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, sleeping arrangements, medications, and any special instructions. I also know how hard it can be to leave your pup with someone else, so you can expect plenty of photos and updates while they’re with me!

A typical day
Every day is a mix of playtime, walks, attention, and plenty of cuddles! 🐶 We live near the Silver Strand Trail, which is perfect for getting outside for walks and some fresh air. At home, there’s plenty of time for fetch, toys, naps, and hanging out with Duke and Lola. I adjust activities based on each dog's personality and energy level—whether they want to play all day or would rather be my little couch buddy. My goal is to make their stay feel like a vacation too!
