I am a part-time non-profit consultant. I primarily work from home with occasional meetings out of the house. I am active in community theater, but am working on the administrative end for the foreseeable future, which means I am generally home during evenings. I have a lot of flexibility to build my schedule as needed based on pet care bookings with a few key, short responsibilities each week.

Pet care experience
I am a proud dog aunt and cat mom. Over the past decade I have taken care of many dogs and cats, from hosting them in my home while their people were away, house/pet sitting, to providing home visits and walking. Dog-wise, I have taken care of a wide variety of pals, both size and personality-wise: small dogs, mediums dogs, all the way up to a large mastiffs and Shepards. Couch potatoes, protectors, playful & energetic buds, and snugglers. I have taken care of a dog with a chronic illness requiring particular food preparation. I've taken care of multiple dogs with protective personalities and approach with a mixture of confidence and willingness to meet them where they are. As a cat mom and ongoing cat sitter, I've taken care of my late cat with a chronic illness for many years, requiring a special diet and daily medication; friends' cats shy to new people; and a diabetic cat, requiring regular insulin shots. Cats hold my heart (don't tell the above paragraph.)

Briana has cared for our elderly and anxious little old man (a Havanese) multiple times and she's been wonderful every time. She pays close attention to his quirks and comfort, takes him on long walks while being sensitive to his capacity, sends regular updates, and cares for him with real patience and love. We fully trust her with him and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who truly cares.
In the more than 10 years that I have known Briana, she has been a excellent carer of pets. She has taken care of my dog, both at my home and at hers. I have also seen her give her beloved cat wonderful care, even as his medical needs got complicated as he aged. I would give her a hearty recommendation for dog walking or at home care for your pet's needs.
Briana has watched a total of 3 pets for me: two cats (including one who needed daily medication) and my shepard mix dog. She is a clear lover of animals, and as a caretaker is conscientious, communicative, and attentive to detail. I have no concerns about her ability to watch over any animal. I would be more than happy for her to watch my dear pets again.
