I say hello to every dog I meet
I have always loved dogs. I grew up with a black lab who recently passed away at age 16, and I cared for him in his senior years. I frequently watch my nephew, Pierogi, a 2 year old pit lab mix, both in my apartment and at my sister’s home. I have babysat dogs from many friends, both senior and puppy ages, and I get so much joy and satisfaction from caring for doggos. I love long walks, tug of war, and watching them like they’re my child at dog parks. My nephew has some behavioral issues, so I have training on aggression and keeping dogs calm in anxious situations.

Briana was absolutely great. This was my first time leaving him for longer than a workday, so I was a little nervous, but she made the whole experience much easier. She took wonderful care of him, kept him happy, and gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a very happy dog, and I'd definitely trust Briana with him again.

Schedule
I work hybrid but have flexibility for in office days. Pet care would include long walks around DC, especially Rock Creek Park, possibly dog park dates if your dog is registered, and lots of cuddles on the couch.

Safety, trust & environment
I am close to 3 different DC dog parks and Rock Creek Park, have a car to transport a dog to and from a home, room for a crate if needed, and can upkeep any training or dispensing of medication.
A typical day
The doggos I care for get four walks a day, lots of playtime whether tug of war or fetch, and plenty of time to sniff as much as their heart desires on walks.
