Brian is a true dog lover, and our Karma Lu sensed that. She was comfortable with him from their very first meeting, and her tail always wags and she always rushes to the door when Brian arrives to walk her. He's reliable. He communicates very well. He's the type of kind, caring person with whom I feel totally comfortable placing our precious Karma Lu in his care. We highly recommend him.

Brian was an excellent pet sitter for us. He arrived the evening before to allow a seamless handoff and he communicated well during our trip. Luckily, there were no problems, either with the house or with our cats, while we were away. We were happy to return to a clean house and, best of all, to two happy and healthy cats that had clearly bonded with Brian. Brian was respectful of our house and did a good job checking with us about any cat behavior he found unusual. We were grateful for his concern and communication. Overall, Brian was a great fit for us as he delivered a high quality house and pet sitting experience.

Brian was a lifesaver for us! We had to urgently leave town due to a family emergency, so I put our two dogs in a daycare/boarding center prior to flying out. After a couple of days and lots of worrying about them because they have always stayed home with a Trusted Housesitter, I reached out to Brian. I had never met him but he had applied to a prior sit. He was willing and able to go to the kennel, pick up our dogs whom he had never met, get them back home where he had never been. In fact because we left thinking our dogs would stay in the kennel, nothing was prepared for a house sitter. I didn't have notes out or instructions, all my dog stuff was put away, my house wasn't super clean, no food in the fridge, etc. None of it seemed to worry Brian, he easily went with the flow. Brian was totally flexible, calm, accommodating and reassuring that the dogs were home and happy and he would make good with what was there. He sent me photos of them, took them on walks, fed and watered them. He kept in touch and communicated often. He even had a shoe eaten by our younger one, so sorry Brian! When we got home our dogs were happy, the house was in good shape, and although he had to leave a bit earlier than our arrival so we didn't get to meet him in person, I would 100% recommend Brian for any house sit. Our two dogs are large and young, and so can be a handful at times, but he came into the difficult situation and handled everything beautifully. We hope he can come back again and take care of our pets. I think you will be very happy you chose Brian to take care of your pets.

Brian was a fantastic help from start to finish. He kept the house clean and tidy, the animals loved him and he communicated well the whole time we were away overseas.
