Semi retired couple who love having dogs around.
We both grew up with dogs and have also had dogs as valued members of our own family for 30+ years. We've also taken good care of dogs belonging to other friends and family members for holiday breaks. Sadly, our last dog (Lucky) of 17yrs passed away a few years ago and has not yet been replaced. However for the time being our grown up daughter has come to stay with us and she has a medium size dog.

Brian and his wife were wonderful hosts for our Border Collie, Alan. Great communication throughout and lots of walks and fun was had by the looks of the photos and video we received during his two night stay. We’d definitely recommend and use again in the future! Thank you both so much!
Brian looked after my girls for two nights whilst I attended an important family event. He was extremely accommodating to their specific needs and they were exhausted on pick up which is a sure sign that they had a good time! Thank you Brian!
Brian was fantastic from my very first message. Helpful, kind and accommodating. It was so great to know my Frankie was cared for and I didn’t have to worry about her whilst being away. Bertie had a great time and it was lovely to go away knowing he was with such kind and caring dog sitters. We highly recommend Brian and will definitely book him again in the future.

Schedule
I am now retired so have plenty of time to look after a dog at home, both during the day and overnight. We have specified that we will look after dogs in the Small, Medium and Large categories set by Rover. However, the Large category is very wide from 18kg - 45kgs and we are only really wanting to consider having dogs up to a maximum of 22kgs

We live at the end of a quiet road with a good size secure lawned rear garden with tall fences and gate, so a dog will get as much fresh air as they want as well as their walking needs.
Pets
A typical day
Love to play with dogs, throwing balls and generally playing with toys. We have access to woods and countryside nearby, so plenty of places and loads of smells for your dog to enjoy on walks.
