When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all care instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, medication needs, or favorite toys and treats. I’m respectful of your home, clean up after myself and your pet, and always make sure they’re safe, well-exercised, and given plenty of attention.

I’d also love to know how they do on walks, if they’re crate-trained, how they interact with other animals or people, and if they have any medical needs, allergies, or anxieties. The more I know up front, the better I can tailor my care to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and understood.
A typical day
It all depends on the pet’s personality and energy level! For active dogs, I love going on walks, playing fetch, or having tug-of-war sessions. For more mellow pets, I’m happy to spend time cuddling, giving belly rubs, or just keeping them company. If your pet has favorite toys or games, I’ll be sure to include those too. My goal is always to keep them happy, stimulated, and feeling loved while you’re away.
