Ratings and reviews
Brian has made our sweet girl feel like home and she came back from her vacation tired and happy.

My dog had a great time with Brian! He spent the day there and came out happy and tired, which is all we can ask for!

Pick up/drop off was easy and our dog came home tired and happy
Dependable. Fully present. Flexible!

Our dog Jaeger loves staying with Brian and his dog, and others that may be staying over. Great care and environment. Couldn't be happier.

So happy Brian was able to watch Tucker for us! We had zero worries leaving our pup in his care and knew he was going to have a great time with the dogs. Brian sent pictures and the communication was amazing! We will definitely be using Brian again!

Schedule
I have the flexibility to work when I want to, so I can be there for your dog when he/she needs me. My military wife also works from home full-time, giving your pup some extra attention. My two kids age 13 and 12 have grown up caring for dogs. We are always closed for drop-offs/pick-ups on Wednesdays from 7:20-9:15AM. During school season: I bring the kids to kids to school between 7:30-8:00AM. I have more flexibility in the afternoons - can pick up the kids within a two hour window. The timing of that can vary though because of sports and other after school stuff. During summer camp season: Camps tend to start at 9AM and closer around 3 or 4PM, so we may need to work around those specific times. When the season changes (going into summer vacation or fall start of school), we can't guarantee specific timing since we don't have the schedules from the other activities/camps/etc. That may require a little flexibility, but we are a family and have family obligations and commitments at certain times of the week. During the week, my wife is working (from home) and the kids are at school, so we try to do our family activities on the weekend. For this reason, booking for the day on a Saturday so you can go to a beach or mansion visit may not be the best fit. We usually don't have clarity into bookings more than 4-6 weeks in advance. I have never cancelled, so it is important to me that we book when there is significant clarity.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We’ve hosted more than 500 different dogs in our home over the years, and safety is always our top priority. Dogs stay in a calm, structured home environment with a fully fenced half-acre yard for supervised outdoor play, along with full air-conditioning for comfort year-round. Dogs here are never treated like kennel guests - they’re part of the household. Our setup works especially well for social, well-adjusted dogs who enjoy free movement, regular human interaction, and time outdoors. We do have our own dog, a young Australian Shepherd / Cattle Dog mix. She is very social, high-energy, and accustomed to sharing her space. She’s spent time with many visiting dogs and does best with other friendly, social pups. Because dogs are integrated into the home rather than separated, we’re thoughtful about matching personalities and needs to ensure a safe, relaxed stay for everyone.
Pets
A typical day
Most days include a small group of dogs spending time together in a relaxed, supervised home environment. Dogs who enjoy social play get plenty of time in our fenced yard, while others are free to lounge, explore, or relax indoors. Short stays often involve more backyard play as dogs adjust to a new environment and burn off excitement. For longer stays, we add neighborhood walks through our quiet cul-de-sac community to maintain routine and structure. Throughout the day, dogs receive regular potty breaks, playtime, and downtime. The balance is tailored to each dog’s age, energy level, and preferences.
