Brian did not show up at the scheduled time in the morning to let the dog out. He was unreachable by text, the Rover app and Rover customer service. The dog was left alone for over 14 hours until we were able to find another sitter. Brian said he was unaware of the scheduled morning service, but it was in the official Rover booking, it was in the detailed instructions provided and it was discussed the during the pre-service meeting. Brian also left the overhead garage door open overnight with the house unlocked. Fortunately a neighbor noticed the next morning, contacted us and closed the overhead door.

Brian was punctual and very responsive. Even though it was raining, which Milo hates the rain, Brian made sure to take him out and made sure he went potty. We appreciate Brian's services and will certainly use him again.

Brian is great with dogs and has tons of experience working with animals. Brian helps take care of dogs on our farm, as well has worked with dogs for many years. I would definitely recommend Brian for any of your dog-care needs!!
