Buddy was in great hands! Thank you

Great job Buddy was well taken care of.

Brian was great with my 2 dogs. Josie girl, 3rd dog, passed away just before this booking. When we found a problem with the house and dog pee,, Brian was quick to clean it up and apologize for missing it.

Brian was nice and the dogs seemed to like him. He was attentive at cleaning up after them when needed. However we booked for house sitting and it seems like we got drop in visits instead. Also some directions weren't followed. Nothing major but potentially leading to the accidents. Of course hard to know since one of the dogs is getting older and has been having the occasional accident here and there also where house sitting would have been better. Definitely room for improvement.

Brian was great and took good care of my pups while we were away on a trip for the weekend.

Unfortunately, our experience with Brian was very disappointing. We have door sensors that alert us when someone enters our house and leaves, so we were able to keep track of when he came to check on the dogs, how long he stayed, and when he left. Brian consistently did not adhere to our terms. He came by too late in the mornings and either too early or late in the evenings to let the dogs out to go potty. And, he often did not stay more than 10 minutes. We hired Brian to be a house sitter, so we expected him to actually spend time with our dogs. While his lack of effort was frustrating, we figured our dogs were going to be fine and we just wouldn’t hire him again. That was until he left our dogs in the house for 13 hours the third day. 13 HOURS with no potty breaks and no exercise. We had made it very clear our dogs needed potty breaks every 4-5 hours and at least one walk a day. When I reached out to ask what happened, he said he forgot to tell me he had to go out of town that day. That is unacceptable. If he wasn’t going to be around to take care of the dogs as we agreed, he should not have accepted the pet sitting request. Once he knew we had door sensors and could monitor his care of our dogs, he started making more of an effort but it sucked to have to monitor things the whole weekend. I would never recommend Brian as a house sitter.
