I am a student at Rutgers New Brunswick and my schedule currently has me free after 5pm on weekdays and any time after 9am on weekends. I can potentially be available if there is a special circumstance but that is by no means a guarantee.

Please let me know of any behaviors or preferences that your dog has! Any info is helpful to make sure your pup is comfortable and excited to go out! Some typical questions I ask: Do they love anything or anywhere in particular? Do they dislike anything that I can avoid? Do we need to avoid other dogs? Do they have allergies? How are they with kids if we're approached on the street? Do they know any commands like "sit" or "leave it?" Do they get possessive of toys?
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs physically and mentally. We'll run around if they want or take it slow if they prefer that. We'll explore all the fun smells around the neighborhood! Unless specifically asked, I will not take your dog to an off-leash dog park with other dogs for safety. Ideally I'll take your furry friend to an open field where we can run around for a bit and get some sun. I will take photos or videos every walk so that you can know they had fun and we're safe :)

I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I grew up with a German Shepherd named Eva, the love of my life. While a sophomore in high school, I began working at a dog daycare called Pups@Play Montclair. That job gave me invaluable knowledge of dog behavior and relationship dynamics. I learned the intricacies of their behavior, body language, personality, whether they were high energy or low energy, active or reactive, etc. I used that to diffuse many doggy disputes. I worked with and managed 50+ dogs everyday. Daschunds, puppies, mutts, great danes, shepherds, samoyeds, bulldogs, pitbulls, hairless, everything. I can handle any dog I meet. You can trust me to handle your dog with care, happiness, love, understanding, and patience. I am fit and ready to play! Dogs hold such a special place in my heart and I can't wait to meet yours!
