I just finished medical school and am in a waiting period so I have a lot of free time! I look like a kid but I'm 30+. I do work at a clinic twice a week for about 6 hours a day. I also walk and sit with Wag! And have a 4.97 rating with 110+ reviews! My prices are based on the great quality of care that I'm providing your best friends, but also the gas money driving all over the city. Also, Rover takes some of the profits and I'm doing this full time at the moment and want a reasonable pay for my time without breaking your bank. But I know life can be ruff and you need a break sometimes, so if you want to negotiate, just shoot me a message.

Information Bri S. would like to know about your pet

I think it is important to know a dogs temperament and triggers. You need to know what will set them off so you can be on the lookout for those things and be more cautious. You also want to know how they like to be praised so that they know they are loved.

A typical day

I take my dog to the dog park or on walking trails. I bring a toy out so I can let him zoom around if there's a leash free zone. He has climbed mountains with me, walked on the beach, been through trails in the woods and casually strolls through neighborhoods with me.

Pet care experience

I've raised my own puppy since he was 6 weeks old. He is my best friend and my world! Unfortunately, he recently passed away before reaching 5, in an accident. I recently adopted a 4 month old mixed goofball from the shelter and love every crazy minute snuggling and training him. We also have a very large cat lol 🏳️‍🌈

Bri was an incredible dog sitter! I was nervous about having someone take care of my dogs for the first time, especially since one of them has seizures. However, Bri came to meet the dogs and they instantly fell in love with her. She reassured me that she has experience administering medications and working with actively seizing dogs in the past. Throughout the week, Bri stayed in touch with us, sending pictures of the dogs and keeping us updated on everything. We truly appreciate everything Bri did for our dogs over the weekend. We will definitely be rebooking her services when we need a dog sitter again! !

Bri stayed at our house for 7 nights with our dog while we were out of town. We did a meet and greet a month prior to her stay, and liked how sweet she was with our pup! Being a senior dog set in his ways, I made it very clear in my initial communication, and during our meet and greet, that we wanted someone to be at the house with our dog from 6pm to 8am to keep him on his routine and keep him company. Bri never voiced any issues with his schedule and routine during the meet and greet, but unfortunately, I found that during her stay, she completely disregarded our request to be at the house in the evenings. Via the Ring camera, I found she would leave the house from ~5pm - midnight most nights, totally missing my dog’s nightly walk at 7:30pm. When I questioned her on this, she ended up disclosing she had her own dog at home that she needed to take care of in the evenings; a detail she never mentioned during any of our conversations. Also, she ended up not even staying overnight the first night of the booking. When I realized she’d been gone all night, I reached out and she told me she had an emergency to attend to at home. While I understand emergencies happen, she did not communicate any of this to me, and I was concerned something had happened and that my dog was alone all night when I had paid for someone to be there with him.

We are first time users of Rover.com and I was a little nervous having someone come watch our dogs and cats. We met Bri ahead of time for a meet and greet. She was sensitive to our dogs' personalities and different needs (one is very anxious/shy). Bri responded quickly and gave daily updates with photos and video while we were gone, which everyone appreciated. Thanks, Bri!

Thank you for watching our 2 dogs while out of town. They were happy when we got back and the place was well cared for.
