Brett took care of our cat while we were gone for 8 days. He gave us daily text and picture updates and followed our care instruction well. I would recommend Brett to anyone in the future.

Brett was great with our animals! Our dogs are older and he was very patient with them. He was responsive and gave good updates.

Brett accepted a last-minute request for a drop-in visit for my two dogs due to a family emergency. When he arrived at the apartment he said he was unable to get the dogs to go outside since they were hiding under the bed from him. He attempted numerous different things, such as coaxing them out with human food and toys, but neither dog wanted anything to do with Brett. He said he had moved items from around/under the bed but had put them back. He ultimately said he could not take them outside. He also was unable to put the younger dog in her crate that he had let her out of. I came home to a big mess and was still charged full price even when the service was not performed. Additionally, an accident from prior to his visit was left in my floor (a different part of the house than I told him to close the dogs in once he could not work with them), he left the human food open on my counter, and I came home to the younger dog tearing up items in my room and both dogs having accidents across the floor. My bed frame was also away from the wall and the headboard is now at an angle and difficult to put back against the wall. My dogs have never had an issue with any other sitter and I’m very displeased with how the situation was handled.

Thanks to Brett we had a great time and knew our Penne was in good hands and taken care of.

Really appreciated the last minute help! Good communication and took great care of my diabetic dog.
