I’m currently not working and at home most of time except when grocery shopping and other quick errands usually not gone for more than a couple hours.

I have a screened in porch and wood fenced yard (nice lawn) and pretty good size for dogs to do their business and enjoy themselves.

after speaking with the owner, I have no problem adapting to whatever the owner‘s pet is used to and can accommodate most of those situations
