We Love Them as You Do - 7 days/wk
Welcome to our pet care service! We’re dedicated full-time to providing loving, reliable care for your pets. Whether it's a cozy home away from home, daily walks, or our convenient pickup and drop-off, we're here to give your pets the best care and peace of mind while you're away. We look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! MEET & GREETS ARE REQUIRED HEALTH OF PETS We DO NOT accept dogs with injuries or serious medical conditions. All current injuries, illnesses, and medications must be disclosed before booking. If an injury, illness, or need for medication occurs after booking but before the stay has begun, it must be disclosed before drop off by you or pick up by us, as we may be unable to care for your pet and would need to cancel the booking. All boarding of pets must meet our health standards, as we cannot take on liability for illnesses and injuries that are pre-existing prior to boarding. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED Arriving to our home for any reason requires a pre-arranged appointment time. AIRLINE TRAVEL If you’re traveling by air, please share your return flight details with us. This helps us stay informed in case there are any changes to your travel plans. HOURS OF OPERATION Someone is home 24/7 when we have pets in our care. Our hours of operation while awake are 7am to 10:30pm CST. WHAT TO BRING: 1. Food: PLEASE NO FOOD BINS OR DOG FOOD BAGS. Bring each serving in its own individual Ziplock bag. (Example, if your dog is staying three nights and gets fed twice a day, you would be bringing six Ziplock bags each portioned out per meal.) Please DO NOT place two meals in one Ziplock bag. Please provide an extra day(s) worth of food in the event an emergency extension is needed. If your food requires refrigeration and/or freezing, you must notify us in advance to make sure we have enough room in our fridge and freezer to accommodate your pet’s food. 2. Treats: You may supply treats for your pup(s). 3. Medications 4. Guests can bring a blanket from home 5. Bowls: Please provide their food & water bowls. NO CERAMIC BOWLS please, as we cannot be responsible if they break. Bowls made of bamboo, metal, or plastic are excellent non-breakable alternatives. 6. Leash 7. Bed or crate if used 8. Please no bones or toys. We have community toys for their enjoyment. This helps prevent toy or bone aggression. Please NO verbal instructions for the administration of medications or explanations on food serving. Everything must be written on the Care Instructions. Please, NO handwritten instructions as those could get lost. If it’s not in writing on the Rover Care Instructions it is possible it won’t happen. We have other clients, each with their own set of instructions, as well as other items to remember each day.

The best of the best! My dog truly gets so excited when she gets to stay here.

Koda is always well. Treated and Burns up her energy outside at play with other pups. She loves staying with Bryan, Steve, and of course, Trevor.

A fantastic stay as always! Thank you!

Another perfect stay for our sweet girls. One of our dogs wasn’t feeling great for the first day and Brent and Steve were so communicative and so caring while she rested herself all better. It was so comforting to know that she was being cared for even when the situation was not ideal for anyone. There’s truly no one else we would trust our dogs with!

Always my go-to for amazing care. Koda loved it there. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay for our girls with Brent, Steve and Trevor! And great communication as always which makes all the difference!

WALKS & PLAYTIME With your permission, we offer enjoyable walks in various locations for your pet's exercise and enrichment. Our proximity to a spacious park, a greenbelt nextdoor and pleasant walks around the neighborhood provide wonderful opportunities for outdoor adventures. Additionally, our large and secure backyard is the perfect setting for supervised playtime. Whether they prefer a cozy bed, a favorite blanket, or curling up on the bed or couch, we want them to feel at ease and find their ideal sleeping spot.
