I work part-time from home and don’t have set hours, which means I’m pretty flexible with when I can mind your babies. As long as I have Wi-Fi to get some work done, I can come to you! I’m also available on weekends; I just ask for a bit of notice so I can plan ahead.😊

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fully fenced back garden - perfect for zoomies! My two dogs are super friendly. Harley is your typical introvert and likes his own space, so he usually takes himself off to bed when things get busy. Teddy, on the other hand, is a total extrovert who loves everyone and making new friends! We don’t see dogs as pets; they’re family. They’re welcome on the couch, the bed, and pretty much anywhere we go. I don’t own crates, but I’m happy to use yours if your pup prefers their own space or feels more comfortable sleeping in one.
Information Brenna M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know anything important about your pet so I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while they’re with me. This could include whether they’re reactive, shy, very high energy, or need a bit of extra reassurance. The more I know, the better I can adapt to their needs and routine.❤️
A typical day
I love playing with all the pets I care for. Whether it’s throwing the ball every two seconds (I’m well trained thanks to Ted 😄) or playing tug-of-war with one of my auntie’s Newfoundlands (which saves me a trip to the gym!), I’m always happy to match a pet’s energy. We have a big toy box at home, so I’m very used to picking up toys and bits of fluff (Harley has a talent for pulling the stuffing out). If it makes your pet happy, it genuinely makes me happy too. I also love going for walks and seeing dogs socialise, whether on or off the lead where appropriate. I typically take Teddy and Harley to Leasowe Beach or Royden Park so they can burn off energy, explore, and meet new dogs or familiar faces. I’m just as comfortable slowing things down and enjoying quiet time if that’s what your pet prefers. Harley loves climbing under my Oodie and acting as my personal hot water bottle while I work, and when I’m looking after my sister’s three sausage dogs, I somehow always manage to make room for them too! Whether your pet is full of energy or happiest curled up for a cuddle, I’m very used to adapting to what they need in the moment.

Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up surrounded by animals; from fish and guinea pigs to cats, dogs, and pretty much everything in between (even African snails)! I have two dogs who are my absolute pride and joy: Harley, a rescue Chihuahua × Miniature Pinscher, and Teddy, a Yorkipoo. I also regularly mind my sister’s three sausage dogs (my beautiful nieces) and occasionally look after my auntie’s Newfoundlands. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, so rest assured your fur babies will be safe and loved with me!
Reviews

Brenna is brill and the dogs adore her. I am more than happy to have her look after my precious hounds.

Brenna went above and beyond while we were away for two weeks. She took such good care of our dog Parker and home. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and are extremely grateful. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat! 🫶🏻

Brenna was brilliant with Nancy (including an overnight stay at my house) and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Nancy loved spending time with her!

Molly and Ted stayed for the day. I was late getting back and Brenna and her mum were so nice and understanding with me. The photos I got are some of my favourite photos of my dogs and show how much fun they had. The garden is big enough and secure, I think my dogs really loved it, and also all the pampering they got. Very happy and will surely return.
