It's all about the dog
I grew up watching my grandfather train dogs. My earliest memories have always included dogs. I had two Rhodesian Ridgebacks which I trained to off leash commands. I rescued a terrier mix that was badly damaged from a dust-up in the streets of Carson. I recently had to say good-bye to him on 2/20/2026. All of my dogs got extensive morning and evening walks at the beach or the park and numerous intermittent walks in the neighborhood during the day.

It was a wonderful experience. First time we’ve ever left our dog with anybody but family and Brendan made us feel truly comfortable. He was so kind to our pup, sent plenty of updates, and gave a back a tired and happy baby! Thank you Brenden for making this experience so stress-free!
It’s been a while since I’ve booked a sitter through Rover due to a negative past experience so I was hesitant doing it again. However, I was in a bind & had to do a last minute booking. And I am so glad to have booked with Brendan. Moose stayed with him for 5 days and came back super tired from the adventures with Brendan. We received daily photos & videos of their trips to the park and beach. Moose is a little reactive to other dogs & it felt like he came back from Brendan’s a little calmer. He gave me tips on how I can help with Moose’s reactive behavior towards other dogs. Brendan is a life saver & we’re definitely going to rebook with him again.
Brendan W is a dogs best friend. He is reliable, trustworthy and uniquely dog knowledgeable. Anyone would be lucky to have him look after their pet. He has sat and walked a number of my doggos ranging from large (great Dane), medium (Airedale), and small (Maltese). They have all come back to me better than when I dropped them off - well with more manners. You can feel confident having Brendan look after your best friend.

Schedule
I work from home as a recruiter and have consistently had at least one dog and up to three before my children went to college. I am very much in tune with knowing when a dog needs to burn off energy or has gotten restless. I look at going for walks dog as therapy for both of us. I like to allow the dog to time to take sights and smells and never hurry through the walk.
