Availability
I work a 9-5 this summer, but I’m fully available mornings and evenings to give your pet walks, playtime, snuggles, or just some company. I’ll treat them like they’re my own, and I can’t wait to meet your pet and give them the best care possible!

Safety, trust & environment
At home, I help take care of our three dogs, so I’m very familiar with the daily routine of feeding, bathing, and giving them lots of love and attention. I’m also an active person who loves being outside, so making sure your pets get plenty of exercise is something that comes naturally to me. Whether it’s long walks, playtime at the park, or just getting them out to stretch their legs, I’m all for it! I’m confident in handling basic grooming needs and I’ll care for your pet just like I do my own, responsibly and with lots of affection.
Information Brendan B. would like to know about your pet
Before watching a dog, I’d like to know about any odd behaviors, their level of aggression toward people or other animals, and details about their diet. It’s important to understand if they have any triggers, fears, or habits I should be aware of, such as chewing, barking, or separation anxiety. Knowing their feeding schedule, food preferences, and any allergies helps me provide the best care possible and ensure their safety and comfort.
A typical day
To keep a dog active, I would incorporate a mix of physical and mental stimulation into their daily routine. I would take them on regular walks, go for runs or hikes, and schedule time for play, such as fetch, tug-of-war, or frisbee in the yard or park. To keep their mind engaged, I would introduce puzzle toys, basic obedience training, or even teach them fun tricks. If possible, I’d arrange playdates with other dogs or take them to a dog park to socialize and burn off extra energy. By keeping their activities varied and consistent, I’d help ensure they stay healthy, happy, and well-behaved.

College Student Who Loves Pets!
Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m a college student at Gonzaga University here in Spokane for the summer, saving up for a study abroad trip to Italy. What better way to earn money than by spending time with animals! I currently have three dogs at home and have had cats in the past too, so I truly love all kinds of pets. Being away from my own animals during the school year is tough, so this is the perfect way for me to stay connected to the joy that pets bring. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or just some good company, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them the best care possible!
Reviews
As Brendan’s freshman year college roommate, I can assuredly say that there were many weekends where I became bedridden due to illness, and every time he was there to nurse me back to health. If Brendan can take care of his sick friends, he is absolutely capable of taking care of your pet. Super down to earth and approachable guy, you definitely want him for the job!
