Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, dietary restrictions, medical conditions or behaviors that I should be aware of. For example, a condition such as asthma, allergies or if they are on any medications. Are there any “pet peeves” I should avoid? …or any favorite activities or scratch zones that I should be sure to include(or avoid)? At the end of the day my goal is for your furry family to be genuinely loved, happy and healthy. For your peace and enjoyment, I will send pictures and updates of that happiness during our time together.

Unless you request otherwise, I will start each visit with your pup’s nutrition routine and then we will focus on their favorite movement, whether that may be a walk in your neighborhood or a game of fetch in your fenced yard. Does your pup love car rides? If you’d like that for them, it’s my favorite too:-) Just like us, our pets have preferences, needs and wants. I will make every moment count to help them know they are safe, loved and acknowledged. I know how hard it is to leave your best friend with someone else, and how much it means to us when we know our beloved pet is safe and happy. As you customize how you’d like the visit to go, I will follow your exact wishes and send photos and updates so that you too can have peace of mind and enjoy knowing your baby is having a great day. FOR DAY LOVE & CARE in my home, your baby will be in the hands of someone who will be 100% attentive to their needs, their feelings, their fear of unknown or desires to play. All care is customized according to parent’s request and pup’s needs. Your pup will not be in a daycare facility, crated up for hours or laying around ignored and bored all day. During Doggy Day LOVE & CARE in my home, I am on duty 24/7! Everything is about your baby and customized to your request and their personality & needs. Should they need countless walks throughout the day, I am honored to do that for them. If they are older and need gentle slow walks or just potty breaks then I will be sure their needs are met. We have three walk options to meet your pups needs throughout the day.. 1 – the “stop and drop bronze ticket” which is a short walk for a bathroom breaks (about 10 to 15 minutes) , 2- the “silver back 40 ticket” which is about a 20 to 30 minutes, covering many beautiful walking areas in our complex, and 3- “ the GOLDEN ticket!” which crosses from our complex over to the beautiful, paved nature walk at Cornerstone along Dreaming Creek (1-1.5 hrs) . If weather is safe, if parents desire, and if pup desires and is able, then all of these walks will take place during Doggy Day LOVE & CARE. There will be play sessions which will include indoor fetch and play with any toys they bring, and I have super fun education toys that my clients always enjoy playing with as they hunt for kibble rewards. Pups will be kept clean and smelling fresh with puppy wipes on hot, rainy, or yucky days. Ticks are a huge problem in Virginia during most of the year and I will take meTICKulous care throughout the day to mitigate so that no hitchhikers make it into our house or yours. We check during walks and we check both pups and human just inside the doorway after every walk on grass. Beyond a day of physical, mental and emotional stimulation and care, your baby will be FULLY LOVED and ready to have a peaceful night of sleep with you each day after pick up. My furry clients truly enjoy themselves in our home. They feel, and ARE loved and safe. Happiness is always apparent when my repeat clients see me through wagging tails, panting smiles and wiggly hugs:-)))
