I recently graduated in May and am no longer in classes so have a lot of flexibility to meet your pups walking needs! My only obligation this summer is studying so would be away for part of the day, but never more than your pet is used to!

In your home, I respect your dog’s space & boundaries. I also respect their feeding and walking schedules. I know some pets are either newly getting used to or relearning separation from their owners, so I find it is best to stick closely to their schedules so they remain unstressed and comfortable.

No preferences here! Big or small, I have always had a passion in understanding and caring for dogs of any age and breed. I’d love to know their daily routine, just so they are kept as comfortable as possible while you’re away!
A typical day
I love long walks/hikes, so would love to take them on one during the weekends with your permission! I am still exploring the Philly area so would love to do so with a furry friend :) After work, if they still have the energy to play with some toys (tug of war, fetch, tricks/training, etc) I make an effort to take the time to schedule that in for them.

Hi all! My name is Brenda, and I'm based in the Fairmount neighborhood. I adore dogs and cats and have been pet sitting on Rover for nearly a decade. I've also fostered both through AWLA NoVA and ACCT Philly, which has deepened my passion for helping animals find loving homes. I currently offer in-home pet sitting, so your pet can stay comfortable in their own space while you're away. I have experience with senior pets and those requiring daily medications. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and communicative — you can always expect photo updates and attentive care. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while their family is away!

Brenda always does an amazing job with our pup Cleo. She is so patient with her as our dog takes a bit to warm up to new people. Always send pics, and does long walks. She always leaves my house extremely clean as well. We will continue to use her!!
