I'm semi-retired, so your baby will hardly ever be alone. When I'm at work, my father will be home. I work 4 nights a week for a few hours, so please be patient if you send a request during the day, as I may be sleeping. I worked at a veterinarian as a young person, and have never stopped loving being around animals. When friends & family need a sitter, I'm the person they ask, as they know their furry family member will be safe & loved while they are gone. Large and partially fenced in yard. There are 2 dog parks near by and a doggie daycare for an additional fee. You must inquire about this in advance. I know how much I miss my dogs when they can't come with, but it's always a relief if I know they'll be treated with love...and yours will be treated like they are my very own. Relax, enjoy your vacation! They're in an animal loving household.

Brenda was great! I have three large dogs. Not only was I extremely nervous about leaving them for a week, which we had never done before, but I was also concerned that I wouldn't find someone willing to take all three of them in. Brenda had no problem with that.Upon her recommendation, we met with her before the boarding so we could meet her in advance and also introduce my dogs to her. I found that to be very helpful in putting my mind mind as ease right from the beginning. She also has a fenced in yard, which was nice to know, and even allowed the dogs on her furniture, which may seem like a small thing, but for anyone who has pets that go on the furniture, you can only imagine what a nightmare that would be for everyone if that priveledge was taken away lol. Admittedly I was still very nervous about leaving them as that time approached, and I was near tears on the way to drop them off, but after seeing them play in her backyard running around and having a good time I felt so much better almost immediately. While I was out of town she sent pictures and updates which also helped a great deal. Just being able to see them and know that they were happy and having a good time was a huge weight off my shoulders. I was worried that I wouldn't even be able to enjoy my vacation knowing I had left them, but Brenda made that a non issue almost immediately. You can tell that she has a true appreciation and love of dogs which means so much. I would definitely use Brenda again and encourage others in need of dog boarding to do the same.

Brenda is always an amazing dog sitter! Our dog is emotional and gets really sad when he's away from us. She is the only person ever that he seems to be comfortable with away from us. She is so good at connecting with him! He was relaxed enough to eat during his stay and came back actually in better shape after playing with her charming dog all week. I highly recommend Brenda to help care for your pups!
Brenda was very flexible with drop off & pick up times. She provided updates with pics during our dog's stay. Prior to his stay, she ensured our dog got along with hers by arranging a meet & greet. A great choice for anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Schedule
I'm retired and a home-body. Even when I must go out, my dad will likely be home. He loves dogs too. Plenty of snuggle opportunities.

Safety, trust & environment
The yard is large and fenced and cleaned weekly. If your dog enjoys the outdoors, they're in luck my dog would rather be outside in fair weather too. If your baby is allowed on furniture at home, than they are allowed on ours. Any/all animals are fed separate. If you have special instructions or requests, plz advise ahead of booking.
Pets
A typical day
Depends on your dogs preferences of course. Squeakies? This is squeaker heaven. Fetch? I was the pitcher on my softball team when I was 11. ;) Tug? One of my favorites! How about some light hunting? We have chipmunks! I can't help catch them, tho.

- I cannot take any animal aggressive dogs, they must be up to date on vaccines, on flea and tick preventative, and neutered. If your dog has separation anxiety. I ask that you consider getting a prescription from your veterinarian to help them along during your absence. Does your dog chew on inappropriate things such as shoes, furniture, etc? You agree you will reimburse me for damages. Please be truthful about any known behavioral issues so that I can make preperations or decline the stay.
