I have a lot of experience with anxious dogs in particular, so am used to reading what a dog needs and wants with a close eye. I take care to make sure that a dog is comfortable with me, that I respect their boundaries, that I respond to their needs, and that we remove ourselves from any situation that might upset or overwhelm them. I often ask a pet owner for details about their dog's usual routine, any particular habits they have, their behavior on leash, and what gives them comfort. This helps me better respond to what the dog is sharing about their needs.

Brenda was excellent with our pups and kitties
Brenda did a wonderful job taking care of our 4 cats and a bearded dragon while we were away. She picked up on our cats' personalities as soon as she met them! While some communications were a little slow, Brenda sent us updates and pictures while we were away which was much appreciated. I would hire her again.
Sasha seemed comfortable with Brenda right away at our meet and greet and it seemed like she was happy and well cared for while we were away for a long weekend. Brenda left the house clean and tidy.
Brenda was great to work with! She took time to get to know our dog and gave great updates and pics when she was taking care of our dog. Would work with Brenda again!
We just got back from a trip and Brenda was our house and animal sitter. She always takes such great care of our pets (1 dog and 2 cats) and our home. I cannot say enough good things about her. We have already reserved her for our next trip. Thanks so much, Brenda!

Schedule
I work from home, so your dog will get a lot of attention when I care for them (and they'll probably get a nickname or two). Walks, bathroom breaks, visits to the dog park, and lots of pets and ear scratches all fit into my daily and weekly schedule with ease. I am willing to book outside of my typical radius for an increased fee to offset mileage, gas costs, and time.
