I can't remember a time that I didn't love dogs. I've been caring for them since the day I got my first pup as a kid and haven't been without one since. I've grown to love the unwavering loyalty, companionship, and personalities of all my dogs over the years. They're truly cherished members of my family and I hope our furry guests will feel the same! I currently am a stay at home mom so I'll be able to keep your dog companion full time. Our home has a nice fully fence in yard where your dog will have plenty of fresh air time and potty breaks. I have 25 years of experience in caring for dogs and understand a lot of their behaviors and signals. I've also volunteered for a few months at Family Dog Rescue in SF. I currently have 2 small dogs myself - a 7lb pomeranian and 10 lb chihuahua mix - both girls ~ 10 years old. They're both friendly seniors and will be keeping your dog company during their stay. I'll be sure to send pics and updates throughout their stay but if you have any concerns - I'm just a phone call or text away. For longer stays - a quick meet and greet would be great to ensure that your pup is comfortable. We live in a single family home - open living room and dining room area where your dog will have free access to lounge. Fully fenced in backyard. Your dog will have time outdoors (weather permitting) to relax, play, enjoy the fresh air as well as frequent potty breaks. Sleeping arrangements: Feel free to bring your own pet bed and we'll find a comfortable spot that your dog will find cozy in the bedroom or living room. So happy to find Brenda! She was very kind, welcoming and attentive to our 2 girls. We had not tried boarding or daycare before and were a bit nervous about it, but she made everybody comfortable and we're confident she gives the best care!

It was a great experience to have Brenda take care of our dog. We were receiving frequent updates of how our beagle was doing, with cute pics. Moreover and what's most important our dog came home happy and content. I will definitely use Brenda in the future and highly recommend! Schedule
I work from home so I’m available to keep your dog companion pretty much full time. They will be loved on as my own 2 dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
Fully fenced in yard. I host a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure all personalities of the pack get along. I typically assess all personalities beforehand for friendliness, socialization, and compatibility. We're a pet loving household and safety / comfort is a top priority. Please note I am only able to accept dogs with no aggression issues (food, toy, resource guarding, reactivity, bite history, etc). Dogs must be well socialized and friendly/safe to be around kids, other dogs, and people to ensure safety for all parties.

A typical day
Plenty of outdoor and fresh air time will be given throughout the day (weather permitting). We have dog toys to share and lots of playtime/ belly rubs/ pets will be part of the daily routine.
