Happy Cat + House Sitter 💛
I have years of experience caring for my family's pets (cat + dog) since I was a teenager. I regularly watch over pets, plants, and homes for neighbors and friends throughout the seasons. I live in a spacious apartment in Dorchester with my black cat, Noche (4years old, male). He is quite social and happily greets visitors and guests. He often sit by the windows and watch the world go by. I spend lots of time outdoors - I am familiar with nearby parks to visit and safe routes to walk with dogs. If you live nearby, I am able to visit your home and spend time with your pet (or plants) daily and do basic chores that may be necessary while you are away. I am happy to meet in person or speak over the phone to discuss your pet’s visit, and we look forward to meeting you!

Brenda is so sweet and considerate. I feel very comfortable leaving my cat with her and love catching up with her cat nacho.
Brenda took great care of our cat, Loomis, while we were away for a week. Her own cat is a sweetheart and they seemed to get along great. He was very relaxed and comfortable when it was time to come home. Will use Brenda again for future bookings.

Schedule
I work from home the majority of the week, so I am available to supervise pets throughout the day. I am in Boston during the holiday season, and I am willing to plan ahead a few months or accept requests within 24 hours if my schedule allows.

Safety, trust & environment
I feed my cat small servings of wet & dry food multiple times a day and clean his litter box often. He is neutered and loves to play with his toys. We have multiple spacious rooms to easily separate pets for some quiet time if needed. There is also a large fenced yard to enjoy. If I am sitting at your home, I can take your pets for walks, play with them, and do other chores around the space (water plants, take in mail, etc.)

A typical day
I have a nice morning routine that includes meal time, some time outside in the yard (weather permitting), and chores. I am able to take frequent breaks from working at home to play, go for a walk, visit the park or do activities I enjoy around the house like make art, cook, and listen to music. After an evening meal, I make time to play with my pet before bed to get out any energy and settle in for the night.
