With a decade of experience with many animal species as a Veterinary Assistant in both general practice and shelter medicine, I offer a level of expertise that goes beyond a standard pet sitter. My background allows me to recognize subtle signs of illness or distress, administer medications, and provide animal first aid with confidence. I've also worked in boarding and training facilities and understand that many pets don’t thrive in that high stress environment. Whether your dog is a puppy, high energy, senior, timid, or exhibits reactive/aggressive behaviors, I provide a patient, low stress environment tailored to their specific needs and personality. My biggest goal is to provide the top notch care they deserve and give you total peace of mind while you're away. While I specialize in dogs, I am experienced with and more than happy to care for cats, reptiles, rodents, farm animals and more. Safety, trust & environment
I aim to keep routines as normal as possible. Even with fenced in yards, I go out with them and make sure everyone stays out of trouble ( no digging, chewing plants, etc), dogs are NEVER walked off leash, all dogs eat with supervision and can be separated if necessary, I will also crate if necessary if leaving the home or at night by owner request.

Brenay is a delight; our dogs love her, she is exceedingly responsible and keeps in touch with messages and photos. Our senior dogs with medical needs were very well cared for and she really went above and beyond with their car ❤️🐾

Brenay was a great sitter. We took all the extra steps to make sure my Roxy was able to play nicely with her two big dogs. She took great care of my old girl, I’m pretty sure she even gave Roxy a bath( which she was long overdue for) we will for sure rebook Brenay anytime we need someone to look after Roxy. She even cleaned Roxy’s food dish, the little things. Thank you Brenay. Roxy had a great time.

Schedule
My entire daily routine revolves around the animals. Their meal times and potty schedules direct my whole day. My own dogs are my personal alarm clock and make sure to remind me when it's time to eat and for walks.

- Prior to booking I like to know as much information about the pet as possible. Do they have medical issues requiring medication? Do they require constant care? Do they have allergies? Do they have behavior issues to watch out for? What is their feeding and potty schedule like? are they are fearful of anything (thunderstorms, fireworks, the vacuum)?where is their favorite place to sleep (& are they are allowed on the furniture)?
