Safe, Loving Care for Dogs & Cats
I’ve lived with and cared for animals my entire life, including both dogs and cats. Growing up around pets has given me a strong understanding of their needs, behaviors, and routines. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether it’s an energetic dog or a more independent cat, I’m patient, reliable, and always focused on keeping pets happy and safe.

Bree and her two roommates (Emma will be taking over this account in September 2026, by my understanding, as Bree is travelling back home) are real animal lovers, who actually take caring for the furry ones entrusted to them seriously. They are soft spoken, kind and had a lot insightful comments about our cat Pudding that proved they took the time to get to know him. Pudding is usually anxious and develops digestive issues when he boards with strangers. This time, for the first time, he was relaxed and happy when we picked him back up and if anything seemed reluctant to leave. As a bonus, they are located a stone's throw from Atwater market, in a very well-kept, clean building with proper air conditioning - which can be a concern for some pets. I cannot recommend Bree and her roommates services enough. I only wish my wife and I had found them sooner.

Schedule
I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to adjust my routine to meet each pet’s needs, whether that means regular walks, check-ins, or just spending time keeping them company. Because I’m home often, I can provide consistent care and make sure pets feel comfortable and not left alone for long periods. I’m dependable, organized, and committed to keeping both pets and owners happy.

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always try to stick closely to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions the owner provides. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and a safe, clean environment. I also pay close attention to their behavior and well-being to make sure they’re happy and healthy while in my care. I’d really appreciate a quick note or text with any important details (like routines, preferences, or anything to watch for) so I can give your pet the best care possible.

A typical day
I like to keep pets active and happy while their owners are away. For dogs, that usually means walks, playing fetch, or just running around and getting their energy out. If they’re more laid-back, I’m totally fine just hanging out, giving them attention, and keeping them company. With cats or calmer pets, I’ll play with toys, hang out with them, and make sure they feel comfortable. I try to stick to their usual routine but also make sure they’re having a good time and not feeling stressed.
