My Jax had a great time with Breasia. She kept me updated and sent pictures of him everyday! So thankful!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The sitter agreed to watch my dog but did not tell me she planned to board another dog until I was dropping him off. Had I known there would be another unfamiliar dog staying during his visit, I would have made a different decision. Initially, she told me my dog was doing great—he had eaten, was drinking water, was energetic, and was just having a few accidents while adjusting to the new environment. My dog is fully potty trained, travels often, and has stayed with other sitters who had multiple dogs without any issues, so this behavior was unusual for him and suggested he was under stress. After accepting another dog into her home, she informed me that the dogs were not getting along and told me I needed to pick my dog up and make other arrangements. My dog was already there first, yet I was the one who had to scramble to find last-minute care, which created a major inconvenience during my trip. I understand that not every dog is compatible, but I believe the sitter should have been transparent from the beginning about her plans to board another dog. Better communication could have prevented this entire situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this sitter based on my experience.
