While this isn't my only job, the other job I have is quite flexible. Since Rover jobs are based on when pet parents need my services, they take precedence over my other job, which I can easily fit in between my Rover schedule. In the summer, however, this is my only job.

I, unfortunately, do not offer boarding or house sitting services. I do offer hour long visits and we could always work something out if you wanted me to stay with your pet for a longer period of time(s) during the day.

How dogs handle seeing other dogs, people, or vehicles would definitely be important to know before going on walks. Any other behaviors they exhibit while on walks that could be problematic would be appreciated as well (do they try to take off when they see squirrels, cats, etc.)
A typical day
I absoluetley love to play games. And games are much more fun with dogs! Fetch, tug, keep the ball away from the human, whatever they prefer is fine with me! I also enjoy playing with cats. Finding the toys that they love to play with most is enriching for both of us!

Pet care experience
I've had and helped to take care of several different cats and dogs since I was quite young. For one of our first dogs, he required seizure medication, which was given to him mixed in with some wet food. I recently watched a friend's senior cat who is diabetic. I checked her blood glucose and gave her the required amount of insulin every 12 hours. Among sneaking all of her other pills to her in little churu pill pockets. Along with dogs and cats, I also have experience with chickens, rabbits, tortoises, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds (parakeets).
