I really need to know typical behavior and how your dog is with other dogs and especially cats. Food allergies and any unwanted actions would also be good to know! (Such as: no people food, can’t be off leash, is allowed on furniture, is not allowed etc.) I also really like to know little things about your dog, like favorite: toy, game, trick, nickname, activity, etc. my main goal is to make all dogs comfortable during their stay and to have fun! I know how hard it is to leave your pet at home when you’re trying to enjoy vacation, that’s why I make my home vacation for your pets. Even ask them!!? We also would require a meet and greet before agreeing to a stay to ensure everything would work out smoothly! We do not have the means to care for dogs that are dog or cat aggressive, food aggressive, toy aggressive, or have a history in those areas. This is for the safety of my own pets.? Dogs must also be kennel trained and be able to relax when we leave the home and if needed overnight. We also are perfectly okay with pups that are potty training, but dogs that mark inside will not be accepted.

During the day we love to take a long walk or two which is usually between 2-5 miles. We also love to spend time in the backyard playing with toys, splashing in the dog pool or just relaxing in the sunshine!(snow days Included?, husky mom life) The lake in Door County in another one of our favorite spots!! We also love to hike on different trails in our area and take trips to pet friendly stores! We also love to go to sporting events and even just take walks through the park. Each dog enjoys different activities, so we adjust our schedule based on that!!
