I am a small business owner, so my schedule is very flexible and there are very few occasions where your beloved pet will have to be home alone while staying with us. We go on regular walks, and we have a big fenced in yard where you dog can relax. We also have a patio so they can bask happily in the sun as much as they please.

I always aim to match the pet's energy. If they are affectionate and cuddly, I am all for it- making sure to give them love so that they do not feel alone. If they are more for playing, I will make sure they get as much play time as I can give them! If the dog is more shy and timid, I will be patient in giving them time to warm up to feel comfortable with me. I love taking dogs on walks, hikes, beach days, or even bike rides if they are trained to do so, so I can let them get their energy out and enjoy nature. I also understand the importance of dogs who need to be secured to a leash at all times while out and about, and am very mindful and patient with dogs who are anxious or may have leash aggression.

Please let me know your pet's eating habits (times, diet, specifics) or any medication they need! I would love to know when they are usually let out or walked, just to get an idea of their routine and schedule- so that I can do my best to stick to that! Of course, please let me know what your dog loves, but also what they don't like! I want them to be as comfortable as possible!
A typical day
We love to go on walks, go to the park and lay outside in the sun! We make frequent visits to the beach and love to be outside. I love giving them all the love and cuddles (if they approve), or play rounds of fetch with them, if that's their preference!

I have experience and am comfortable with many different types of dogs! I have owned and am comfortable with reactive dogs, I have owned and taken care of puppies, and now have my senior boy, Berkeley, who is very animal friendly and the most relaxed boyo. My Berkeley has cancer, and I need to stay on top of his diet and medications- which is something I am also extremely comfortable with and am very understanding of how important that is. I also take care of other dogs with strict medication schedules. I am comfortable with large strong dogs, or the little ones too! Give me any dog, and I will make sure they feel loved and cared for!
