Breann took wonderful care of Neptune and was super accommodating with my last minute travel schedule changes.

Cheyenne had a great time staying with Breann!

Breann was a life saver! We needed someone to watch our dog during vacation and also while we moved into a new house, she was happy to accommodate us and was super responsive any time we had questions. I could tell my dog was well taken care of and we didn't worry about him at all while we were gone. We're so thankful for her services and will definitely use them again!

We were very happy with Breanns communication and being on time for our cats diabetic shots. Our meet and greet went great. We had a hiccup on the first day she was scheduled she came in the morning when we did not have her scheduled to come until the evening. Unfortunately, when we got home from our trip we found multiple piles of cat vomit. 8-9 piles were found when we got home. They were dried and seemed to be sitting there for a long period of time. We had asked that all vomit ect. be reported and documented to us incase we needed to share with vet. We have 3 cats and 2 are elderly 1 of them being diabetic. Some throw up was communicated to us during her time pet sitting just not the 8-9 vomit spots found when we returned home. Cleaning supplies were left out to effectively clean anything found. Her last visit was at 7am we returned home at 4pm and had noticed the cats water was dirty and didn’t look like it had been changed in the morning as we requested. The food bowl was also almost empty. If the bowl of dry food was filled up in the morning it would have been unlikely that it would have looked like that by 4pm knowing how our cats eat. The litter boxes seemed to have been cleaned in the morning but loose litter was not cleaned up on the floor. Good thing is all 3 cats are alive and seem to be doing fine and insulin for the diabetic cat was administered. We did appreciate our trash can being brought back up the driveway and our package being brought in the house while we were away. Our biggest concerns were the unreported/ un - cleaned up vomit. As well as food & water dish.

Breann makes the process of booking very smooth and easy by being responsive and flexible. You can tell that she has a great deal of experience caring for pets. Autumn had a great time with her and we hope to continue booking with Breann.
