Hi! I’m Brandy! I’m a lifelong animal lover and currently work part-time as a canine physiotherapist, with an additional 15 years of veterinary medicine experience, so caring for dogs is both my passion and a big part of my professional life. Through my work, I’m trained in canine massage, therapeutic and rehabilitation exercises, mobility support, and hands-on care for dogs with physical limitations. I have experience working with senior dogs, dogs recovering from injuries or surgery, and dogs with disabilities or mobility challenges. I genuinely love helping dogs feel their best and making sure they’re comfortable, happy, and able to enjoy their day. I also understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and quirks. Some pups want to play all day, some are professional couch potatoes, and some need a little extra patience and encouragement to feel comfortable in a new environment. I take the time to get to know each dog individually and follow the routine that makes them feel most at home. During their stay, your pup will receive plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, enrichment, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles. I’m happy to accommodate special routines, medications, special diets, mobility needs, and other care instructions. My professional experience also means I’m comfortable paying close attention to a dog’s movement, mobility, body language, comfort level, and behavior and recognizing when an activity needs to be adjusted. For dogs with physical limitations, I can provide appropriate assistance with their normal daily activities and follow their established rehabilitation or exercise routines as instructed by their owner or veterinary team. Safety is always my top priority. Dogs are securely leashed whenever we leave the house, and backyard time is supervised. And because I know how hard it can be to leave your baby with someone else, I’m happy to send photos and updates throughout their stay so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and well cared for. Most importantly, I want your dog to feel like they’re staying with a friend—not being boarded. Whether they want to play, go for a gentle walk, work on their mobility, explore, or spend the afternoon curled up beside me, I’ll meet them where they are. Your dog isn’t just another booking to me. While they’re in my care, they’re family!
