Brandy provided exceptional care for my two 16 year old cats. One of the cats was not eating much and losing weight before I had to leave town for a family matter. Brandy took the time to try different foods for him and even sat with him to ensure that he was eating and the other cat wasn’t eating his food. Brandy also paid great attention to whether my male cat was using the litter box and let me know her concerns. Brandy is reliable, kind, courteous and on top of her game. She truly is compassionate with each pet she is caring for and provides the best of care always. Thank you Brandy!

As always, Brandy takes great care of our beagle, Maggie. She communicates well with us regarding her care, and follows all of our written instructions. She watches Maggie in our home & is always on time for her scheduled sitting, and I can trust her in our home. I look forward to using Brandy in the future for more dog sitting dates.

I regret to share that my experience with Brandy was disappointing due to the following issues: • Lack of Exercise and Engagement: Despite clear instructions, the pets were left in their crates for prolonged periods (5+ hours, then a 10 minute break, then an additional 4 hours because she was missing activities with her family on Christmas.) with minimal activity. This is unacceptable for active pets and indicates a lack of understanding of their needs. • Failure to Communicate Limitations: When offered the option to book additional walks to ensure the pets received adequate exercise, the sitter declined, stating it was unnecessary. However, the level of care provided did not reflect this assurance. • Neglect of Agreed-Upon Responsibilities: The sitter complained when asked to properly clean litter boxes and dispose of waste, tasks that were clearly outlined before the stay. This suggests either poor attention to detail or a disregard for agreed-upon duties. • Poor Communication During the Stay: The sitter did not express concerns about any tasks until after the fact, creating unnecessary frustration. Proactive communication would have resolved these issues. • Inappropriate Handling of Sleeping Arrangements: Although offered a bed and bedding, the sitter requested to sleep on the couch. While this request was accommodated, she later complained that this was not sufficient. • Unprofessional Attitude Toward Holiday Scheduling: The sitter expressed dissatisfaction about missing family time during the holidays, despite agreeing to take the job during this period. This lack of accountability is unprofessional and unfair to the pets. • Failure to Prioritize Pet Well-Being: The sitter appeared to disregard the critical importance of exercise and activity for managing pet anxiety and behavior, something that was emphasized multiple times prior to the stay. I would not recommend this sitter for active or high-energy pets or for pet parents who expect clear communication and attention to detail. While she is sweet with the animals, the level of professionalism is not there.

As expected, Brandy was a great sitter for Maggie. She shows how much she cares for our pup by paying a lot of attention to her, taking her for walks, and following our care instructions carefully. She communicates with us by sending photos, videos, and text messages regularly. I feel very confident with Brandy & look forward to using her services in the future.

Brandy was fantastic and my pups loved her. She spent quality time with them. And I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
