I’ve always had dogs and other pets my entire life. I grew up with a small Yorkshire Terrier and now have a large black lab. Her name is Ember and she loves every dog and human she meets. I have a deep love for all animals.

I cannot speak highly enough for Brandy and her family. For 2 summers in a row we are leaving our dog with them for an extended period of time, and i can see that they love and care for our dog like theirs. Second time he was there, our dog walked into the house so excited and happy (he is normally shy and timid in new environments). They keep you up to date and they are super responsive. Leave your pooch with them, and you can surely have the peace of mind you need during your vacation…
Very nice experience with Brandy. She responded promptly to all texts. I have a very old black lab and she she made him feel so comfortable from start to finish. Would definitely use her again and highly recommend.

Schedule
I am currently home with my infant son on maternity leave until the end of July, so your pup wouldn’t be left home alone all day. I do leave the house for school drop off and pick up and run the occasional errands.

I have a fully fenced in back yard with a large area for dogs to play. My neighborhood is small and friendly with low traffic, so it is great for walks.

A typical day
Dogs love to run around freely in my large back yard throughout the day. There are plenty of grassy areas and trees to sniff and explore.

- Things I prefer to know about your pet are: is your pup friendly with other dogs? I have an 8 year old daughter, so I need to make sure your pup is good with kids. I like to know feeding schedule, sleeping and potty routines, and if there are any anxieties I should know about.
