Brandy is an answered prayer. After meticulously looking over various reviews of sitters, her reviews stood out regarding the care she provides for senior and disabled dogs. I have a senior baby (dog) and this is the first time I've had to leave him for a long time with someone who wasn't family or a friend. I was nervous because he's become a picky eater, sometimes not eating. As a pet mom, I try everything and I wasn't sure I could find someone with that level of love and patience. Brandy was so understanding and accommodating. She allowed us to do a last minute short stay before our longer, 2 week trip and this opportunity calmed every fear. From the moment she walked outside, her gracious and sweet spirit was so endearing that I instantly knew Jojo was in great hands, and he was. I could tell that Jojo felt right at home with her and her pups. She suggested a dog food that now has my baby eating, which is such a relief! I would definitely book again and again!
She took excellent care of my fur babies! Would definitely recommend. :)

Schedule
I work from home, volunteer & foster with Best Friends Animal Society, & petsit for friends & family. Other side hustles include renting out my pool on Swimply and providing caregiving services for friends and neighbors. I’m a retired teacher with a heart for service and lots of time, patience, & love to give!

Safety, trust & environment
Our home has 2 empty bedrooms, so anxious guests (cats especially) can initially have their own space to decompress if needed. As they adjust & decide to venture out, there's a pet gate separating the guest “wing” from the main house, which allows for visual inclusion while providing a physical safety barrier & peace of mind for timid or socially awkward visitors. The ultimate goal is full inclusion with the “pack”, which is almost always achieved! In addition to daily walks for dogs that are leash-trained and arrive with a harness, there’s also a dog door that leads to a large, shaded backyard & pool. “Door concierge” service is provided every few hours for nervous guests who may find the dog door a bit intimidating. Cats are kept indoors at all times. Items to bring: food, treats, bowls, bed, toys, leash and harness for dogs (and potty pads if necessary), and litter box with litter and scoop for cats. Please ensure that your pet is altered, microchipped, vaccinated, and wearing a collar with ID tag for safety purposes.

A typical day
Daily exercise is a must for both myself & my “dog-ters” to get those “zoomies” out & increase well-being & longevity. We have lots of fun toys readily available for their choosing. Your fur-baby will enjoy supervised feedings & group snack time twice a day. Morning pets & evening cuddles guaranteed!
