I am available most days with very short notice, and any day with a week's notice. I stain and repair decks during the warmer months, but the schedule is very flexible. I am available morning, noon or night.

I would like to know about their activity level, any health concerns, dietary restrictions or special treats/toys that they respond to. Their sleeping patterns are also important. Finally, I'd like to know a bit about their general personality. (Are they shy? Friendly? Scared of vacuums? etc)
A typical day
I enjoy going on walks/runs with dogs, and I try to engage with cats as much as possible (which, of course, depends on the cat.) If the dog is active, I love to go on nature walks! I am very familiar with dog-friendly nature trails in the area.

Pet care experience
Caring for cats and dogs is second nature to me. Every animal is unique, and learning each pet's habits and personalities is both interesting and rewarding. I have lived in Raleigh most of my life and I am familiar with the local animal hospitals and shelters. I am close friends with several veterinarians, and I am also certified in CPR as a RECOVER Pet Rescuer.

Brandon was a huge help for my trip out of the country. Finding someone that I feel both comfortable letting into my home and in control of my 80 pound German Shepherd wasn’t easy but Brandon was a perfect fit. He is also someone I will look to in the future for help when my schedule gets full. He is obviously someone well read on dog behavior and someone my family and dog could both trust.
