In My Home (Hosting) One Guest at a Time: I only host one dog at a time so your pup gets a low-stress environment and plenty of personal attention. Safe Introductions: I always introduce new dogs to my resident dog, Loki, on neutral ground outdoors first to ensure they get along. Separated Feeding: Dogs are always fed separately and monitored to prevent any food or toy guarding. 9-5 Friendly: My home is fully pet-proofed. Since I work a standard daytime shift, I focus on hosting dogs that are house-trained and comfortable chilling on their own during the day. In Your Home (Drop-Ins & Walks) Lockdown Security: I treat your home with total respect. I strictly follow your entry instructions, double-check that doors are locked, and make sure alarms are armed before I leave. Escape Prevention: I always make sure your dog is secure before opening any doors, and I double-check that collars, harnesses, and leashes are fitted properly before stepping outside for a walk. Fresh Water & Updates: Every visit ends with fresh water, a quick wellness check to make sure they are settled, and a photo update sent straight to you.
Information Brandon L. would like to know about your pet
Dog Compatibility: How do they get along with other dogs? (Since I have a friendly pup, Loki, this is essential for hosting). Time Alone: For hosting, are they comfortable being left alone during standard work hours? Do they have separation anxiety or use a crate? Leash Manners & Triggers: Do they pull on the leash? Are they reactive to other dogs, wildlife, or loud noises while out on walks? Diet & Medical: Do they have any allergies, food restrictions, or specific medication schedules? Potty Routine: Are they fully house-trained, or do they have a specific routine I should stick to?
A typical day
A Typical Day Weekdays: We start early with a morning walk and breakfast before my 9-5. During the day, hosted dogs relax and nap at home with my dog, Loki. After 5 PM, it’s all about your pup—we head out for a long evening walk and plenty of playtime. Weekends: Total flexibility. The day is structured completely around your dog's schedule, with longer outdoor adventures, frequent potty breaks, and lots of attention. Fun Activities Coastal Walks: Heading out on local trails and paths to explore new sights and smells. Yard & Living Room Play: Fun games of fetch, tug-of-war, or backyard lounging. Brain Games: Using puzzle toys or stuffed KONGs to keep them mentally happy and help them wind down. The Buddy System: Hosted dogs get a built-in friend to hang out with (if they get along with Loki).
