Hello, My name is Brandon and I've loved animals my entire life. I was raised with dogs and since graduating university I've had pets. My wife and I have a 15 year old mutt who I rescued 14 years ago and an 8 year old cat we found hit in the street 7 years ago. I have experience with large dogs, as our late Newfoundland was 150 pounds. And I am very experienced with older pets and understand the importance of patience. Our old Newfie lived to be 12 years old, and our other boy is nearing 15 years old. So, plenty of patience with older friends. Our home features a lovely, fenced-in garden for your family member, a spacious house, and I am home far more often than I am away, meaning your pet isn't simply locked up and forgotten. They are with our family constantly.

Thank you so much for looking after our dogs, kept us updated with photos which was so lovely to see how happy & safe they were with such lovely people. (maybe too happy as scooby stole the last bit of your dinner 🤦🏻♀️) they even took them on a walk as well which is much appreciated. Can’t thank enough🐾
Brandon and family were excellent. Our dogs were looked after with thoughtfulness and care, and were made an integral part of Brandon's family, giving them plenty of human interaction. We received lots of good feedback throughout and were completely relaxed and happy that our dogs were being well cared for whilst we were away. I have no hesitation in recommending Brandon and will request rebooking in the future. Thanks Brandon.

We were really worried about leaving Milo, as he has quite severe separation anxiety and this was his first time staying away from us. He can also be a bit nervous around young children, so we were understandably anxious as Brandon has two little ones. From the start, Brandon was honest and kept us fully updated. He let us know that Milo was quite wary and struggled to settle on the first day, which was worrying at first, but it made the photos and videos he sent afterwards even more reassuring. We could see just how much effort he was putting in, gently encouraging Milo around the children and helping him feel safe and more confident. Although Milo’s anxiety wasn’t going to be “fixed” in a weekend, we saw him relax and improve little by little, and that was entirely down to the patience, care, and commitment from Brandon and his lovely family. Brandon is also perfect if you have a high-energy dog, he’s an avid runner, so Milo was still able to get plenty of exercise, which he’s used to at home. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Brandon is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. We’re so grateful for everything he did for Milo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Schedule
I'm a full-time stay at home father as I work on a master's degree online. So I'm home extensively affording me plenty of time to be present with your loved ones at our home.

A typical day
Dogs will have plenty of time to hang out in the garden, as much or as little as they'd like. At least once a day I walk the park across the street and will happily take your friend for a walk!
