Information Brandon B. would like to know about your pet

Potty trained, if it's friendly or not, what kind of toys the dog likes, what kind of treats the dog likes, some of the dog's favorite places, and if the dog is okay to go for a ride in the car to get to a place to walk it. I have a seatbelt for dogs - it hooks to their harness and keeps them secure. No breed preference. Please give VET INFORMATION just in case something out of my control happens

A typical day

I'd prefer to take the dog on a hiking trail assuming the owner is okay with that. A walk around the neighborhood is also okay. I'd let the dog rest if need be and would have water for the dog to drink while on those breaks from walking as well as a treat (if allowed by owner). Further, I have been told that I am an expert in throwing balls and toys for fur babies to chase!

Your dog's new best friend!

Pet care experience

Growing up, I always helped my neighbors with their dog sitting/house sitting/dog walking needs. Since I moved for school, I thought I could share my experience with some of you. Not saying I'm the best option, but I do have experience. My family always had dogs; we cared for them as they were always an essential family member themselves. Most importantly, I will treat your furbaby as if they were my own. I have been on Rover for a while now and I've gained so much more experience than before. I've been able to help many families with their furbabies while they were away. I've yet to meet a dog that does not like me even if owners don't think their furbabies get along with men. I've even had a few that whine when I leave because we had so much fun together. Thanks to my experience dog and house sitting, I am able to administer medicine to your furbabies via injections, orally, in their ears, in their noses, and even properly clean and bandage wounds. I am experienced in taking care of diabetic and needy dogs as well. I usually co-watch furbabies with my wife. You get a two-for-one special with us!

Brandon watched over our two girls, Pepper and River, while we were on vacation over spring break. He handled all of our requested tasks diligently, and the three of them got along quite well for most of the week. However, toward the end, Brandon and River did not see eye to eye. It seems River experienced some separation anxiety and was overly protective of her sister, which necessitated ending Brandon's visit a day early. In retrospect, two larger dogs may have been more challenging than Brandon anticipated. We sincerely thank Brandon for his time and care toward our two furry babies.

Brandon was so great with our girls! He & his wife came over a week before we left & met us & our dogs and we knew immediately that we were making the best choice. We received updates & pictures of our girls twice a day & we could tell they were happy & feeling loved. We were gone for a week & our dogs normally don’t eat much at all when we are gone, but they felt comfortable & safe enough with Brandon & Leah that they did! Our trip was so much more enjoyable knowing that our girls were in the best hands! We give them the highest recommendation!
