I booked Brandi for an in home stay with my puppy Pepper. In the profile it is clear that Pepper can be left for up to 4 hours. Brandi came to my home a couple of weeks before my four night booking with her for a meet and greet. It went great. She told me that she planned to stay at my home the entire weekend. She arrived Friday night for the stay as planned, left Saturday morning just before 11:00AM and that was the end of Brandi. I had an uneasy feeling that something wasn't right Saturday night and I checked my doorbell camera and my digital door lock and Brandi had not returned. It was 9:00PM. I messaged Brandi, no response. I texted Brandi, no response. I tried to call Brandi, no answer. I reached out to Rover support who got in touch with Brandi and then she finally responded to me with excuses about her car engine breaking down. She made no attempt to let me know Pepper was going to be alone for an extended period. Felt no responsibility to make arrangements to get to her or ask Rover for help or ask me if I could have someone come care for Pepper. Fortunately my nephew was able to go rescue Pepper after 12 hours left alone. Rover investigated my case and fully refunded me the fees charged for Brandi's stay and gave me a formal apology for the incident. How Brandi is still in their system, I have no idea. Oh...funny twist... when Brandi returned the next day to retrieve her belongings, she was driving her car. I'd love to know her her miracle mechanic is...
Brandi and George are best buds. She's very reliable, great with the animals, and treats the house well. 10/10 recommend
My girls are good, my greatest concern. I did come home to an almost overflowing kitchen trash and pretty dirty floors. First night confirmation of care didn’t come until I reached out more than once, that was a bit troubling. Would have appreciated pics that showed girls outside getting some exercise. Glad the dogs are well, glad to have had a helper.
Helped us during a last minute trip, took great care of our sweet pup!
Brandi is great at communicating and understanding my anxious pups needs. George was so happy and relaxed when we came home from a week long trip. I'm so happy he has such a caring new bestie to stay with him when we're out of town.
Brandi was absolutely fantastic. It was evident that she cared for our dogs very well while we were gone. Plus, she left the house in great shape, probably even better than before!

Schedule
I currently work part time as a Tax Preparer and rarely have shifts for more than 4 hrs. Please let me know your dog’s needs and I’ll be happy to discuss the dates you are requesting!
