Pet care experience

Just a gentle giant ready to help!

I've been caring for animals since I was 12, when I helped my grandma with her dogs, and I currently have four rescue cats of my own. In college, I became the go-to house and pet sitter for friends and faculty—, not just for cats and dogs, but also for more unusual pets like snakes and spiders! I have experience caring for both senior and young animals, including administering medication, bottle-feeding kittens, and helping with puppy training. My long-term dream is to open a cat sanctuary run by students with disabilities, combining my passion for animal care with my commitment to inclusion and education.

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

I care for pets in my clients' homes to ensure their comfort and routine stay consistent, especially since I have four rescue cats of my own at home. When I’m in your space, I treat it with the same respect and care as I would my own. I follow all instructions closely, keep your pet’s safety and well-being as my top priority, and make sure your home stays clean and secure. Whether it's locking up properly, sticking to routines, or sending regular updates, you can trust me to provide reliable, loving care.

Brandi was great! She was responsive, clearly cared about our pup, and rolled with our pup’s medical needs. Brandi gave us periodic updates, with photos, so we always knew how our pup was doing. Brandi is a star!

Brandi stayed at our home and loved on our two pups while we were away for a weekend. She sent us pictures of cuddling with them when it was thundering. We would book her again!

We have had Brandi dog-sit for our dog who has epilepsy and she did a great job. Our dog is on medications (pills and eye drops) twice a day and Brandi was comfortable with this medical need. It can be tricky finding pet sitters that are ok with a dog with such medical needs and potential for seizures but Brandi was great with our dog. She also was fantastic with providing updates while we were away.

Schedule

Pet care is a regular and joyful part of my daily routine! I have four rescue cats of my own, so I’m no stranger to feeding schedules, playtime, grooming, and even administering medications. I work a steady 9–5 as an academic advisor, which means I’m available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and most holidays. I’m reliable, responsive, and love making sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for, whether they need a routine walk or extra snuggles while you’re away.

Definitely let me know if your pets have any special needs, medications, where you would prefer if an emergency were to happen and things to look out for. My schedule gets busy around October and March so definitely early schedule and significant communication is necessary!
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
