Grew Up With Dogs, Still Obsessed
I grew up with dogs and have always been a huge animal lover. I’ve also pet sat many times over the years, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I love getting to know each dog individually and figuring out what makes them happiest, whether that’s long walks and playtime, lots of attention, or just having someone around to keep them company. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, cleaning up messes, following specific routines, and giving lots of love and attention. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet, so I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own and keep you updated while you’re away. 🐾

Schedule
I’m currently a nursing student and don’t work outside of school, so I have lots of flexibility for pet care! I’m in class Monday through Friday from about 1:00–5:30 PM, but I’m available before and after school for walks, feeding, drop-ins, playtime, and lots of attention. My evenings and weekends are also flexible, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine as much as possible.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’m a nursing student and also have basic animal first-aid knowledge, so safety and paying attention to changes in behaviour or wellbeing come naturally to me. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, routines, and any special needs or boundaries. I’m respectful of your home, careful with doors, gates and leashes, and I always pay attention to an animal’s body language. I’ll never force interaction and will give your pet the time, space, and attention they need to feel safe and comfortable with me.
Pets
A typical day
I like to keep pets active, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. Depending on what they enjoy, we can go for walks, play with their favourite toys, have some outdoor time, practice basic commands, or just relax and have lots of cuddles and attention. I’m happy to follow their normal routine so they feel as comfortable as possible.
