I am a full time vet tech student, so please keep in mind if you are requesting service that I go to school for 6-8 hours a day during the week! I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, goats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, geckos, snakes, turtles, frogs, and bearded dragons. I’m comfortable handling different temperaments and routines, and I have experience administering medications when needed. I focus on providing attentive, reliable, and loving care so each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. In addition to pet care, I respect clients’ homes and am happy to help with tasks like watering plants, collecting mail, and keeping everything clean and organized.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs. I take time to build trust with each pet by respecting their space and body language, especially for shy or anxious pets. I keep a clean environment by maintaining litter boxes, food areas, and water dishes, and I always ensure doors and windows are secure. With my background as a veterinary technician student, I also keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and overall health, so I can quickly notice and communicate any changes. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and comfortable while giving you peace of mind while you’re away.

Braelyn did an excellent job taking care of my two small dogs over 9 days. She followed all of my instructions and communicated with me regularly. The house was spotless and the dogs were happy upon our return. I am so very thankful for her!
Braelyn is an absolute ANGEL. She was able to accommodate several different times throughout the week and even was willing to come meet my dog beforehand. I was so confident knowing my pup was in her care. Definitely a great person to work with!
Brae was super communicative and proactive. My cats look similar and she was the first sitter to immediately see the difference and treat them like the individuals they are. She clearly cared for my kitties and I felt very comfortable leaving them in her hands
Brae did a great job with our animals and our house! We moved in a week before our trip. She dealt with a broken A/C for a few days and brought her own fans to help keep the house as cool as possible, she broke down extra boxes and put them in our recycling bin before we got home, she sent pictures daily, and left our house very clean before she left. I’ve already booked her again =)
I highly recommend Brae! She was an amazing sitter for my cat, Walnut, while I was out of town for the weekend. She spent time getting to know Walnut (and my partner and I, which was appreciated) prior to my trip. Brae was flexible, communicative, and accommodating about changes in my schedule and was willing to work with me. She paid close attention and care to Walnut while sending daily updates with a video and many pictures, and she left everything clean and tidy in the house for our return. Brae brought in mail, washed towels/bed sheets, and it was clear that Walnut was well loved and taken care of upon my return home. Even after our sit ended, she checked in to make sure I arrived home safely. She’s a natural with pets and was extremely respectful of our home and space!
Super great with the pups and always gives us updates. We trust her with all our animals and house!

Schedule
I’m currently a full time vet tech student, so I have a rather strict schedule. I’m able to dedicate my time outside of normal business hours Monday - Friday and full time on the weekends to pet sitting, whether that means drop-in visits, extended stays, or overnight care. I can easily adjust my routine to match your pet’s needs and keep their schedule as normal and stress-free as possible.
