Join our hiking pack- 2 hikes a day
My wife and I live in Peachland and have a 7 y.o. 30lb border collie/heeler/cow-dog mix who loves to run, swim at the beach and go on hiking adventures with her pack. We hike daily and some of our favourite places to go include the local trails at Sanderson, Trepanier Creek greenway & Gladstone. Rain or shine we hike! We hike with off leash dogs but can accommodate whatever needs your fur baby may require. In the winter we frequent adventures in the snow up at Big White and Telemark’s K9 trails. We have a fully fenced off backyard that the dogs can run around and play fetch in between adventures on the trails. We are flexible with how we can care for your dog. Whether you want a daily hike/dog walk or longer term visit then we are a great choice as your dog will be spoiled just as much as Subi is. We have obtained dog training with Subi so we can follow any kind of training style you like and are happy to utilize commands and keep your training on track while you’re away. We have had the pleasure to board a wide range of breeds big and small (including puppies). Check out more of our pictures in the gallery to see the places we can go together!

Worth every penny
Brad and Jody were absolutely AWESOME! Our younger dog was living her best life going on hikes, and our senior got walks he loved and didn't want to stop but they knew when to make him stop. Jody sent so many pics while I was gone that I was completely at ease. My dogs were so happy and relaxed there they almost didn't want to come home 🥰. We'll totally use them again.
Brad and Jody were amazing, our dog received amazing care and had a great stay which included lots of walks and activities.
Brad and Jody were absolutely marvellous substitute parents for Mia. The photos sent daily were a real joy to receive. The hikes and trips to the lake were a real bonus. Mia loved her time with Subi as well. We would definitely consider them in future. Couldn't find a better place for Mia to stay.
We were in a pinch and needed someone to watch our dogs last minute on a long weekend and were lucky to have found Brad & Jody! They were amazing, took our boys on 2 great hikes and sent us plenty of updates throughout the day. Their dog is super friendly, their yard is a great space for the dogs to hang out and our dogs were absolutely knackered by the time we picked them up. Highly recommend!
We used rover for the first time and were Very happy with Brad and Jody. They took great care of our dog with pictures throughout the evening. Highly recommend them.

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to spend lots of time with the dogs daily. Our girl gets two off-leash hikes daily with additional walks down on the waterfront or swims at the beach. It’s usually relax time once in the house and there is no shortage of beds, pillows and comfy places for a dog to lie and sleep and get plenty of pets and love.

A typical day
Typically our day starts with a morning hike for an hour or two in the woods on the many trails behind Peachland. That usually tires her out and she gets a couple hours to nap. By early afternoon she is ready for adventure #2 which is usually an hour walk or hike in the neighbourhood or a trail nearby. In the summer we take the dogs to a secluded beach access or trepanier creek to cool off. In winter time we frequent the snow shoe trails up Princeton and telemark.
